Essentials connects these services to your website; AI chat and AI phone answering are optional upgrades.

We check what your website supports and agree on the work before we begin. Moving or repairing a website, connecting custom software, or setting up more complex follow-up steps requires a separate quote. The setup fee does not include an SEO audit or SEO fixes. Your domain stays in your name.

Website hosting and a secure connection, alerts if the site goes down, backups of website files, routine software updates, and monthly checks of links, forms and the follow-up steps we set up. Two small content requests per month are included, up to 30 minutes total, with no rollover. Redesigns, new pages, and connections to additional software are quoted separately.

We build websites with a clear structure that helps search engines understand their pages. We don’t provide SEO services or campaigns. If you need dedicated SEO support, we can discuss working with an SEO agency partner. Partner scope and fees would be agreed separately; they are not included in our plans. Indexing, rankings, traffic and leads are not guaranteed.

Growth Plus includes lead prioritization to help identify which inquiries to follow up with first using agreed rules such as service fit, job size and urgency. Rules and implementation scope are agreed before configuration; this does not predict or guarantee a purchase.

Setup is a one-time fee separate from the monthly subscription. Regular setup is $1,000 for Essentials, $1,500 for Growth, $2,000 for Growth Plus. The first 10 new clients across these three plans qualify for $500 setup. Existing-website integration has a standard $500 setup fee, with monthly service based on selected capabilities, outside the launch offer. Recurring billing begins after agreed services are activated and activation is confirmed in writing. Setup payment timing, exact scope, usage allowances and applicable third-party costs are documented in your service order.

The initial term is 12 months, then month-to-month, with 30 days’ written cancellation notice. There are no cancellation fees or early-termination penalties, and cancellation does not accelerate unearned fees for the remaining term. Paid setup and service fees are non-refundable, with no prorated refunds on cancellation, except where required by law. Amounts accrued through the effective cancellation date remain payable. Final terms are confirmed in the signed service agreement.

You own your domain and supplied content. For websites we build, managed website access is included while your plan is active. A separate $2,000 website-file buyout is available; third-party software, licenses, and hosted automations are not included in that transfer. If you bring your own website, it remains yours and this buyout does not apply.
